Technical Information
The characteristics of the used spindle shaft are made from CK45 steel.
The outer layer is hardened with 3.5mm induction to 62 HRC and coated with 0.020 micron chrome plating, increasing strength and resistance while also being resilient to impacts.
The junction point of the two shafts has a precise MK3 tapered locking system.
The assembly of the tapered connection system is very easy, with no axial discharge errors.
MK3 mandrels can be attached to the Morse connection. Hole expansion attachments can be connected to open O-ring and segment channels.
Drilling and guide pulling operations can be applied.
SPINDLE CARRIER BEARING SYSTEMS
Our spindle carrier bearing system is produced as GGG40 SPHERO Casting. It has the same specifications as the model used in Europe.
It consists of two bearings trapped between a steel carrier inserted into the outer diameter and a 8620 steel bushing system with a hardness of 62 HRC.
The combination of double bearings and steel bushings enhances the quality of the machined surface and facilitates smoother sliding of the spindle. It reduces vibration on the spindle, allowing for higher cutting speed and depth. This increases the machine's operating efficiency by 50%.
