Automatıc feed system wıth mechanıcal

It is a tool used in the arrangement of the hole taken face of the metal part with the turning method.

Designed to provide great versatility of use in the portable boring machines of the BM (Boring Machine) series.

It consists of a facing head that allows turning operations on orthogonal planes and the creation of seats for seeger circlips and o-rings, using standard cutting tools from Ø 48 mm to Ø 600 mm.

The top slide can be brought to the desired point with a single position key.

The feed rate can be adjusted with threaded pins regardless of the rotation speed of the rotation motor.

The stroke automatically stops at the beginning and end.

Maximum Working Diameter: 310 mm (up to 400 mm with extension tool)

Maximum Stroke: 65 mm

Feed Rate Range: Adjustable from 0.05 to 0.25 mm.
