Welding Parameter Settings

The standard delivery set includes everything you need to perform internal welding compatible with a 250 AMP GAS SHIELD WELDING MACHINE:

Nozzles
Contact tips 0.8-1.0 mm
Welding nozzle extenders
Telescopic welding shaft
Welding torch cable with Euro connector 3 MT
Welding spray
Equipment.

The welding machine features: Welding machine duty cycle = 100%, capable of providing continuous welding current of 140A in continuous mode, recommending machines with manual and automatic selection with "Euro connector".

Recommended welding gas mixtures: Carbon 15% - Argon 85% or K25% - Ar 75% - CO2 25%. If a ready-made mixture is not available, a gas mixer can be used and mixed on-site.

Welding wire diameter: 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm should be selected.
