Rotation System

BM 40 E Rotation System

It features an innovative PLANET gear reducer system.

Mechanisms (SNCM220) made of steel for high performance and low noise levels.

Planet gears are made of high-quality Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel, precisely machined, and carburized up to 57-60 HRC hardness. Precision gear grinding is in DIN6 class.

As a result, compared to gears with only surface nitriding, it provides a longer service life, higher wear resistance, and impact resistance.

The Planetary gear reducer system is suitable for operation up to a maximum of 6000 revolutions.

Since the internal and external gears are made of the same material, the service life exceeds 10 years. In the machines we have been using for 10 years, user-related errors account for only 3%.

When researching many manufacturers worldwide, we diagnosed that old systems used in the long term create many problems.

Here are some problems encountered with screw gear reducer systems:

  1. The main issue is the wear and tear of the bronze metal in the endless screw counterpart gear, leading to gaps.
  2. Limited operational speed, maximum (1500 rpm), especially at low speeds.
  3. Leakage of liquid oil from the screw gearbox is a common problem.

Let's list the problems with the impact-free drill system:

  1. High noise due to the gears not being ground.
  2. Torque output at low speeds.
  3. Issues with gear shifting between gears.
  4. Oil leakage from the gear shift lever.
  5. Using brushed carbon motors and inefficient speed control.
